Collection: Pear Diamonds
Pear shaped engagement rings — a teardrop silhouette that elongates the finger, in IGI-certified center diamond and solid 14K gold.
What a pear ring costs
A 3.0ct pear in F/VS1, 14K gold solitaire, runs roughly $2,175–$2,550 total. 2.5ct in rose gold roughly $2,000–$2,050. 2.0ct with a hidden halo roughly $2,000–$2,125. A recent client chose a 3.5ct pear paired with a 3.5ct oval in a toi-et-moi setting.
The two things that decide if a pear looks expensive
Symmetry: the point must line up dead center with the rounded end. Off-center is immediately visible once it's on the hand.
The bow-tie: a dark band across the middle of the stone caused by cut proportions. Every pear has some; a good one has almost none. It does not appear on any certificate — you have to see video of the actual stone.
Every ring includes
