Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty (manufacturing defects only)

Lavora Diamonds provides a lifetime craftsmanship warranty covering manufacturing defects. Free resizing is included within 60 days of purchase. The warranty does not cover lost, stolen or damaged rings, or normal wear.

What is covered

• A stone that comes loose or falls out because of a setting defect
• A prong or setting that fails because of a manufacturing defect
• A finished ring that doesn't match your approved 3D model

If we confirm a covered defect from photos or inspection, we'll send you a prepaid shipping label and our jeweler will repair the ring at no charge, including replacing a stone that comes out because of a setting defect.

What is not covered

• Lost or stolen rings
• Accidental damage
• Normal wear
• Cleaning, polishing, rhodium re-plating and retipping
• Any ring altered by another jeweler

Loss, theft and accidental damage

Loss, theft and accidental damage aren't covered. We recommend insuring your ring with a jewelry insurer such as BriteCo.
