LAVORA DIAMONDS — RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Custom rings are final sale. Every Lavora engagement ring is designed to your specifications and built to order. Because each piece is made uniquely for you, custom orders cannot be returned or refunded once production begins. You approve the exact ring in a 3D rendering before anything is made, and we offer unlimited design revisions at that stage — so nothing goes into production until you have confirmed it is right.
Ready-to-ship pieces: 14-day return window. Items purchased from our ready-to-ship collection, which are not custom made, may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original, unworn condition with all original packaging. Request a return authorization by emailing lavoradiamonds@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of our receiving and inspecting the item. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer; we recommend insured, trackable shipping.
Payments. Payments on custom orders are non-refundable once production begins. The $50 design fee is fully refundable and credited to your ring.
Lifetime craftsmanship warranty. Lavora Diamonds provides a lifetime craftsmanship warranty covering manufacturing defects. Free resizing is included within 60 days of purchase. The warranty does not cover lost, stolen or damaged rings, or normal wear. Claims: email hello@lavoradiamonds.com with photos and your order details.
Sizing and fit. If your ring does not fit on arrival, contact us. We will resize it free of charge within 60 days of purchase.
If something is wrong, tell us. If a ring arrives damaged, does not match the approved 3D render, or has a craftsmanship defect, we will make it right at no cost to you. Reach out within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a repair.
