LAVORA DIAMONDS — RETURN & REFUND POLICY

30-Day Return Window
We stand behind the quality of every ring we craft. If you're not completely satisfied with your Lavora engagement ring, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Conditions for Return:
- The ring must be in its original, unworn condition with all original packaging.
- A return authorization must be requested by emailing hello@lavoradiamonds.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Custom rings with non-standard modifications may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.

Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned ring, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using insured, trackable shipping.

Exchanges:
If you'd like to exchange your ring for a different style or size, contact us within 30 days. We'll work with you to find the perfect fit at no additional design fee.

Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty:
Every Lavora ring includes a lifetime craftsmanship warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear, damage from misuse, or modifications made by third parties.
