Custom pieces take 2-3 weeks to complete. We will keep you updated as your ring moves through each stage of creation.

Shipping Notification
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. All orders ship fully insured with signature confirmation.
How to Track Your Order
Check Your Email
Look for your shipping confirmation email from Lavora Diamonds containing your tracking number.
Visit Carrier Website
Click the tracking link in your email or enter your tracking number on the carrier website (FedEx or UPS).
Signature Required
All Lavora orders require a signature upon delivery for security. Please ensure someone is available to sign.
