By accessing and placing an order with Lavora Diamonds, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by these terms and conditions. These terms apply to the entire website and any communication between you and Lavora Diamonds.
2. Products & Custom Orders
All rings are custom-made to order. Because each piece is uniquely crafted, production times are typically 2-3 weeks. Product images are representative and slight variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry. All diamonds are certified lab-grown and come with independent grading reports.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice. Tax will be calculated based on your shipping destination.
4. Shipping & Delivery

5. Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return window for unworn, unaltered items in original packaging. Custom-engraved pieces are final sale. Resize requests within 60 days are complimentary. For complete return policy details, please visit our Returns & Warranty page.

All content on this website, including images, text, designs, and branding, is the property of Lavora Diamonds and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Lavora Diamonds shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
