Please review the following terms that govern your use of the Lavora Diamonds website and purchases.
1. General
By accessing and placing an order with Lavora Diamonds, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by these terms and conditions. These terms apply to the entire website and any communication between you and Lavora Diamonds.
2. Products & Custom Orders
All rings are custom-made to order. Because each piece is uniquely crafted, production times are typically 4–5 weeks after 3D approval and payment. Product images are representative and slight variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry. All diamonds are certified lab-grown and come with independent grading reports.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice. Tax will be calculated based on your shipping destination.
4. Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship via FedEx or UPS with tracking. Lavora Diamonds is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs processing. For full shipping details, please visit our Shipping & Delivery page.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Custom rings are final sale once production begins. Ready-to-ship, unworn pieces may be returned within 14 days with authorization. If a ring arrives damaged, differs from the approved 3D render, or has a craftsmanship defect, Lavora will repair it at no cost. Craftsmanship defects are covered by our Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty (manufacturing defects only). Free resizing is included within 60 days of purchase. 6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text, designs, and branding, is the property of Lavora Diamonds and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Lavora Diamonds shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
