30-DAY RETURN POLICY
How Returns Work
Timeframe: You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return for a full refund.
Condition: Ring must be in original, unworn condition with all packaging and documentation.
Process: Email Lavoradiamonds@gmail.com to initiate. We’ll provide a prepaid return label.
Refund: Processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Exchanges: Want a different design? We’re happy to work with you on a new custom piece.
