Because every custom ring is designed and crafted specifically for its owner, custom engagement rings are final sale once production begins. We guide you carefully through the design process — including full 3D design approval before production begins — so that the finished ring is exactly what you approved.

Polishing and refinishing are routine maintenance
Rhodium replating is routine maintenance
Setting repairs are covered when required by a manufacturing defect
Lost, stolen or damaged rings, normal wear, and modifications by third parties are not covered. Separate paid service or insurance may be needed. Any warranty coverage or other written commitment already made to a customer will be honored.
