Welcome to Lavora Diamonds (lavoradiamonds.com). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following terms.
- Services
- Lavora Diamonds provides custom engagement ring design and manufacturing services using IGI-certified lab-grown diamonds. All rings are made to order based on client-approved CAD renderings.
2. Orders & Payment
All orders require a consultation before production begins. Payment is due upon order confirmation. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, and financing options where available. Prices are in USD and subject to change without notice.
3. Custom Orders
Because each ring is custom-made to your specifications, production begins only after you approve the final CAD rendering. Unlimited design revisions are included before production starts. Once production begins, changes may not be possible without additional cost.
4. Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped fully insured with signature confirmation. Estimated delivery is 2-4 weeks from CAD approval. Lavora Diamonds is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
5. Returns & Refunds
Custom rings are final sale. Because every Lavora ring is made uniquely to your specifications, custom orders cannot be returned or refunded once production begins. You approve the exact ring in a 3D CAD rendering before anything is made. Ready-to-ship pieces that are not custom made may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original, unworn condition with all original packaging. Deposits on custom orders are non-refundable once CAD design work has begun. Full details are in our Return and Refund Policy, which governs in the event of any conflict with this section.
6. Warranty
All Lavora rings include a lifetime craftsmanship warranty against manufacturing defects, including prong retipping, rhodium replating, and stone tightening. Free resizing is included for the first year. The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, loss, or work performed by third parties.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text, designs, and logos, is the property of Lavora Diamonds and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Lavora Diamonds is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States.

11. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
SMS program description and use cases. Lavora Diamonds, a d/b/a of Clayton Diamonds LLC, operates an SMS program. If you provide your mobile number and check a consent box on our quote request form, you may receive text messages from us. Non-marketing messages include ring quote comparisons, CAD design approvals, production and shipping updates, appointment confirmations, and customer service replies. Marketing messages include special offers, discounts, and new product announcements, and require a separate opt-in.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe from that program. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at (385) 392-7349 or Lavoradiamonds@gmail.com.
Message frequency and rates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider.
Carrier liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
Age restriction. You must be at least 18 years of age to consent to receive text messages from us.
Privacy. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are not shared, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
