Limited Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty

Every Lavora ring is covered against manufacturing defects in craftsmanship for as long as you own it. No cost, no registration, no fine print you have to hunt for.

What is covered

• A stone that comes loose or falls out due to a setting defect
• A prong that breaks or fails due to a manufacturing defect
• Structural failure of the setting or shank caused by a manufacturing defect
• A finished ring that does not match your approved CAD

If any of these happen, email us photos and we will repair or remake the ring at no charge to you.

What is not covered

• Resizing. Available as a paid service — ask us for a quote.
• Cleaning, polishing, refinishing, and rhodium re-plating. These are routine maintenance, not defects.
• Normal wear. Gold is a soft metal. Thinning shanks, surface scratches and gradual prong wear are expected over years of daily wear.
• Accidental damage or loss. Impact, crushing, chemical damage, a lost stone from an impact, or a lost ring. Insure your ring separately — we recommend it to every client.
• Work performed by another jeweler. Any modification, repair or resizing done elsewhere voids coverage on the affected area.

How to make a claim

Email lavoradiamonds@gmail.com with clear photos of the issue and your order details. We will confirm coverage and send return instructions. Inbound shipping to us is your responsibility; we cover return shipping on approved warranty repairs.

Insure your ring

A craftsmanship warranty is not insurance and does not replace it. It does not cover loss, theft, or accidental damage. We strongly recommend a dedicated jewelry policy or a rider on your homeowner's or renter's insurance.

This is a limited warranty. It applies to the original purchaser and covers manufacturing defects only, as described above.

Existing customer promises are protected. We honor complimentary resizing, maintenance, warranty coverage and other commitments already promised to you. These updated terms do not remove those commitments.
